I've only ever seen molehill earth mounds, never holes dug by them? It makes great sieved fine earth though for the garden!

Makes one feel so confused as to why 3 police squad cars have to go to a Z list celeb (Jordan) when she worries autograph hunters are outside when they are more needed for real crimes.,(as in the news today).

I worked in Wise's in the early 70's, during the 3 day week strikes and it was weird to be in a place lit up when everywhere else, including the streets, were dark. As it was a food supplier and people's power was off they were exempt from the cuts.

50p a night wages and bag of chips, very romantic!

Who are they? Why do they feel they are so important? Why do they feel they own the place when they don't even own the homes they live in? I remember Home Park as a lovely place in the 70's with summer fetes and carnivals.....a safe place where parents didn't have to go to the park with their children, we as youngsters took the youngest ones in the pram for the day. Such a shame this has happened, another young life needlessly snuffed ...

I remember the coach yard at the far end of the picture(where there are new houses now) and what a tight squeeze they had getting in.

A marathon read but so interesting and detailed. I recognise so many places...........must be me age LOL. Oh to see some pics of London from the top of Sydenham Hill. I wanted to be able to look over and down and almost craned my neck.!
