I love supporting local establishments but I found this place disappointing. We had an assortment of pizza & pasta between us one evening and found it all rather bland.

A shame, as the staff seemed to be very attentive & pleasant.

Yes, the dry cleaners have appeared to put up a new sign which looks like a bit has fallen off exposing wires behind. Only when you get close do you see it is a photo of garments on hangers. Not good. In fact the shopfronts are almost universally poor all the way down from the station to Bell Green.

Garden well and truly open - I popped in for a swift pint with my dad on Sunday lunchtime. It was great, drinking San Miguel in the sunshine, I could have been in Benidorm. I cannot think of a higher accolade than that.

Having lived recently in Crouch End and Brixton I reckon Sydenham could be considered average. In CE the most trouble you'd likely encounter would be psychotic mum with a 3-wheeler buggy.
