I understand this may sound easier than it is but maybe estate agents can include the info in their information packs, of course this might only work the properties are marketed by local estate agents

maybe rather dismissing a new shop straight away and complain to the authorities, why not work with them rather against them, why cant the sydenham society or local counciler pay them a visit, explain the situation to them, let them know what kind of help and grants are out there, what the locals ...

hi, I am living in a street with the new lighting and can only say it is such an improvement, the street feels much safer and I love the white light, makes all the gardens look great at night :D

I am a big fan of them but I was really impressed to see that a whole parade of shops has been transformed and smartened up, can only say what if..... we could transform top to bottom of the high street :D

I used to go out more often in Sydenham but since Sylvan Post in Forest Hill openend I stuck to Pubs there, interestingly enough all the Pubs get more business from me and my friends since we can have a proper pub tour with excellant pubs there. you probably had Saure Lunge, its sour lung which I love, the tubes are naturally in the lung and heart Great dish if you like that sort of thing. very dark and a bit like liver just with tubes

I just think single occupier are penalised as it is ,lets charge a family 4 times the water rates as well to make it fair then, if you can't afford it dont have one, is that really the route we want to go down

Why should people share their houses, IMO it is nobodies business what you do or dont do in your own house!! I reported empty flats to the council and nothing was done about it, thats the scandal!

another good place to look at is near the new pools, there are lots of empty shops at the moment and you right in the middle between sysdenham and forest hill
