This is excellent news and has been something Well's Park has needed for a while. We've been heading down to Mayow Park instead as the cafe there is useful (although in my opinion a bit too pricey).

This boarded up and disused building could be a fantastic resource for the Sydenham community. Anyone know who owns it?
