It seems we have a new CoffeeMan - he is (well, was this morning) extremely quiet though...he looked a bit daunted this morning. How can we welcome him with 'open arms' so to speak ? Obviously he is not going to be like 'Rockfuel Man', but how can we make him feel at home and much wecolmed?, being the lovely supportive commuters that we are. I don't actually drink any of the drinks on offer - never make it to the office in one go if I did

i did notice him this morning, and he seemed very quiet - maybe some sales training would help?
