Sorry for the blatant plug, but I just wanted to let you know that the Horniman's new Aquarium has just been nominated for the 2007 Gulbenkian Prize.
I realise this probably doesn't mean much to anyone, but the Gulbenkian is the single largest arts prize in the UK, and just to make the long list is very exciting. The winner will be announced on 24 May and will scoop the £100,000 prize. But if the Horniman is going to stand any chance of winning then we need your support.
If you have visited the Aquarium (and like it!) then please post your views on the Gulbenkian website. The judges read the comments and take local support very seriously when assessing the projects.

thanks everyone - will let you know if we make the shortlist in April...
