It's been awhile since I checked in on the forum and I'm delighted to see a new topic contributing to another variety of eaterie in our area! I am a bit perplexed too as very recently I've begun working on having a sushi section for the Mermaid chippy.
I'm not sure how this will be received in the community but I'm gonna bite the bullet and say watch this space...
