Building on Newlands Park Road

There used to be some garages on Newlands Park Road, which have been knocked down. Anyone know what the building is going to be that is replacing it? I thought it was flats at first, but am now beginning to wonder if it is going to be a religious building?

Planning permission was granted for 8 flats. the building is coming on nicely. I don't foresee any changes!
