This seems to be getting worse in the park and I was curious if anyone has talked to a dog owner after seeing them leave it and if it actually worked? Anyone got any advice on approaching someone from experience?
It's got to the point where today I saw a guy walking with his young daughter and a small poodle not cleaning up after it. I couldn't think of what to say without turning it into a rant so thought better of it.
