Soldering/welding help needed

Hello. Does anyone know of any local restorers who can do a spot of welding? It's a tiny, tiny job (a few minutes work, I think), but the nearest person I can find is in Thornton Heath. Is there anyone closer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
