I normally teach all over South East London, but I wanted to share the info about this workshop in Forest Hill with everyone in Sydenham as well, as it's just up the road... Today is the last chance to catch the early bird offer...

Join us for a nourishing day of yoga and meditation to help you move out of the January blues into a space of health and happiness.
Winter is typically a time of lethargy on one hand, and busy mental activity on the other, planning resolutions and rethinking our lives. Do you feel your best right now, at this transformative time of new beginnings?
This day offers a chance to stop, rebalance and find yourself through physical exercise, reflection and relaxation. It can help you become grounded, energised and open to the gifts the new year wants to give you.
Morning – welcome, humming meditation, grounding yoga
A little time to meet one another and check in with ourselves followed by a
grounding yoga practice will gently guide us to the peace of the present moment. It will bring a new depth to your breath, movement and awareness.
Lunch break - 12.30 to 1.30pm (bring your own or eat out nearby)
Afternoon – energising yoga, heart meditation, closing circle
The afternoon will open with a dynamic fun yoga practice designed to energise the body, free blocks, and help us gain momentum for our journey.
Once everyone’s lifeforce is nicely flowing, we’ll move deeper into our being through a gentle tantric heart meditation. By listening to our heart - the true centre of our being - we receive an empowering understanding of our needs and longings.
There will also be beautiful music, books, magazines, and time to share our experiences together.
Directions to f h space
Trains from Victoria, London Bridge and Clapham Junction, as well as the new East London Overground line go to Forest Hill. f h space is a 1 minute walk from the station. Buses P4, 122, 176, 185, 197 and 356 all stop within 1-3 minute walking distance.
Car parking is available at the rear of the venue for £3 for the whole day, please contact us for details. There is also limited free on-street parking in the area. Bikes can be kept in the entrance area of f h space.
