I took my kids there recently and really loved it. Sydenham is definatley full of surprises!

I know I'm being a bit thick, but I can't work out from the website where it actually is and whether you can just turn up ?

Sydenham Garden is lovely! I don't think you can just turn up but they do have Spring and Autumn open days and a summer barbecue for Friends - you can join as a Friend of Sydenham Garden for £12 a year. The open days are really good and they have stalls selling plants and jam / chutney, bric-a-bac etc. Usually music too - at the spring event last year they had female Morris dancers! They have a bird hide and wildlife pond too.

It's located on Holland Drive which is just off Queenswood Road.

Wow! I'll be checking this out and would love to get involved.

Open to public Wednesdays and 1st and 3rd Saturdays.

I'll be taking my sons to visit on the morrow, Wednesday, 26th August. Any other parents with youngsters want to come along?
