I am interested in some property right opposite St Bartholomews Church in Westwood Hill. The Flats are known as Faircroft and are 5 Westwood Hill.
Could anyone please tell me anything about these flats negative or positive as I would really be interested.
I assume they might be council as unlike everywhere else you never ever see a For Sale/Sold or To Let board outside? ummmmmmmmm come to think of it I have seen boards on Council Property
Still any information would be greatly appreciated
TIA

Just to let you know, others might find this useful should they wish to buy or rent in the block. It is NOT council. This is a private block of flats built in the very late 1950s. The block is owned by the leaseholders and is run by a Management Company. They have very strict rules within the block and the grounds. Should any resident break any of the rules he or she is given a written warning. Allen who runs the block, runs it with a rod of iron, this can be very annoying as we cannot play our music loud or break any of the written instructions of the rules.
However overall as you can see it is a very run block of flats and as long as you want to live in peace I would recommend the location and block to anyone.
