I second Eagle's recommendation. Have used Armstrongs too and they were really good. The're at 2 Dartmouth Road SE23 3XU, 020 8699 3477.

I've recently used Rob Austin of Battersea surveyor Ltd and would recomend him. Reasonably priced and efficient.

Paul Stube of Stube & Co Solicitors is excellent - I have used for for house purchase (conveyencing is his main area) and also probate. He is very efficient and very reasonable.
He is located above Uniplan Solicitors at 15-15a Sydenham Road
