I didn't see it myself, but I hear that an argument between two drivers escalated into the two vehicles ramming each other. After a series of shunts, the first vehicle did a full circuit of the roundabout to gain speed before ramming the side of the second vehicle.
They then both drove off at speed tailed by a police car (which apparantly arrived on the scene very quickly).
