Proposal to make Byne and Wiverton Roads one way

Seems as though it might be a good idea to me, given how often you'd see one vehicle having to reverse down the road on encountering one travelling in the opposite direction.

Surprised to see that LBB thinks that both roads are in Penge, though, when Venner is definitely in Sydenham.

Re: your last point wonder whether the fact both Byne and Wiverton are entirely within Bromley and Venner strays into Lewisham? I’m always confused by it as I’m on Byne - Sydenham post code, bromley council, penge east station nearest station but Sydenham high street nearest high street lol
