I expect people have noticed that there is no service from Sydenham/Forest Hill/Honor Oak Paark to London Bridge. According to Southern this is down to Covid and staff absences, and we should not expect trains until around 20 February. We shall see. I do wonder whether there is a risk that this becomes long-lasting.
If this is not considered satisfactory, then it may be a good time to write to Southern, Lewisham MPs etc. There is a very long thread on a SE23 forum on this issue. It may be of interest.

The London Bridge to East Croydon has ben reinstated, though the future of the London Bridge to London Victoria is much less certain. The latter could perhaps go to TfL, but given their funding problems, this seems unlikely. There is next week a call between Vicky Foxcroft MP and Southern and those who have written to Vicki. We shall see what that brings.
