I regularly go to Forest Hill with my girlfriend to a Chinese restaurant called Tse's the food there is excellent the staff is also polite.Tse's is like an modern Chinese restaurant.
Golden City on the High Street, has been consistently good over the past 15 years I have been in there. Never had a bad meal, either eating in or taking away.
Cafe La, near to Finches on Perry Vale, at the back of Forest Hill Station, is brilliant - formerly the rather eccentric Foret des Amis, it is now a cool, contemporary Indian restaurant with quite individual food and outstanding decor and ambience. Go now before it gets too busy!
