Many and frequent reports of recent problems with Virgin service generally in patches around Lewisham with added grief that problems are not being fixed rapidly.
For all their reputation Virgin are not well resourced engineering wise and combined with localised upgrades to their high speed offering it may be the case that this already overstretched resource cannot respond and that normal services are deteriorating badly as a direct result.
Many users who are unaffected appear satisfied but if you run into a problem the lack of responses can be very frustrating.
