Noise coming from (?) Crystal Palace Park?

Can anyone tell me the source of the loud PA systems/music/bass beats which appear to have been coming from the direction of Crystal Palace Park this weekend (and last), please? I could be wrong about the source, given how strong the wind still is, but it was on until around midnight last night, and is getting quite annoying now too. A quick Google on the subject was not enlightening ...

I wondered about this too today, it was very loud! After some Googling, I think it was must have been this event at the Crystal Palace Sports centre, it's an annual event. We were out last night, so didn't hear the noise yesterday evening.

Thanks, you were obviously more successful than I was. Although that event was today only, so it doesn't explain yesterday's. Or last weekend.

Sunday there was definitely noise coming from CPP from at least 2 pm. Loud base music and loud DJ. Quite a few comments about this and other noises on Nextdoor site.

Well, today's noise (if it was indeed coming from CPP) was thankfully a lot less intrusive than a few weeks ago! But odd timings: seemed to be from about 9 am to early afternoon. Anyone any idea what it was, please?

It was the 5km colour run in Palace Park. They had music during and after race.
