Walked past the empty shop beside the Greyhound (opp kirkdale bookshop) and was told it was going to be a McDonalds

It was the project manager working on the site... so perhaps he doesn’t know... or it’s the truth. How do people know it’s going to be an estate agent?

Because it has planning permission for an estate agency and not for a takeaway.

The window and door frames are already in and in the KFH branded colours. Perhaps the project manager is just tired of people asking "what's going in here?"

Planning permission and all the necessary stuff for KFH is in and granted, I can assure you it is KFH and not a McDonalds.
