I could make a calculated guess, but what's the point? Do you know the date, source, who took them and why, and where are they held now? This would all help to place the images in context.

They might be Brunswick and Birley Houses, nos. 108 and 110 London Road, demolished to extend Horniman Gardens.

They're both from LMA.

Top one is called "Stanley House" (25-11-1910?)

Bottom one = 96 London Road "Museum Lodge" (27-11-1952)

Thank you; the dates are helpful, as they may indicate when the buildings were demolished.

The LCC made a careful photographic record of the streets and buildings they were re-developing (that is the reason for so many of the Wells Park pictures). Their collection passed to the GLRO whose collection went, in turn, to the LMA. The Horniman was administered by the LCC from 1900-1965, so it is likely that the LCC recorded the buildings shortly before they demolished them.
