Jews Walk at the junction with Kirkdale has been closed - looks like major utilities work about to happen judging by the pile of stuff being left by long low-loader.
Traffic at top end of Kirkdale has been diverted for some days now - not sure why. There is a long queue of vehicles trying to get into Dartmouth Road by the mini-roundabout. Avoid the area if you can.

On my way to the (excellent) concert at St Barts last night, I asked a workman what was going on at the junction of Kirkdale and Jew's Walk. I didn't fully understand his reply, but apparently they're laying some sort of temporary relief drain on the surface of Jews's Walk to take the pressure off the existing drains and prevent flooding - something to do with tree works at the junction?
