When you say 'by Ladbrokes', do you mean that Ladbrokes are the culprits or that the fly-tip is adjacent to the Ladbrokes betting shop?

Ladbrokes aren't the culprits.
Reported to the council who have it marked up on their website for action.

See it on the corner of Sydenham Road / Silverdalae a lot too. Mattress in the middle of the pavement the other week.

This ended up being dealt with very quickly.
Not sure what can be done about prevention. I think it likely that when the site is cleared and redeveloped this will cease from happening in this locale

Has anyone else noticed the huge container bin full of raw bones with flesh still attached that is sometimes there in the morning. It stinks in this hot weather...probably diseased and a health hazard for people passing (especially school kids)
Where does it come from?
