I hope that the greyhound could be saved and actually made into something people woudl like to venture into. I also hope it doesn't 'accidentially' catch fire. Infact I would keep an eye on it (I have seen this type of thing happen so often it's untrue).
When the Greyhounds gone, it's gone. You wont recreate it, and another asset will be lost.
That's why it should stay.
