a bump and reminder of how the voting works ...
Voting at the Assembly, important information
The Assembly will start with a marketplace event, this will be from 7pm to 8pm and the organisations bidding for a share of the £12,500 will each have a stall. Upon your arrival at the meeting you will be given a voting card and a summary of all the proposals. We would then like you to visit each stall and find out more about each proposal before you vote.
Voting is simple; all that you have to do is to score each project out of 10. If you like the idea you can give it a 10 and if you don’t like it you can give it a 1 or even a zero. You can mark as many projects as you like with a 10. We will then total the votes and the proposals that receive the most votes up to the £12,500 available will get funded. You must be aged 14 or over and either live, work or learn in Perry Vale ward to be able to vote.
We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 7.45pm if you wish to vote. This will ensure that you have enough time to visit all of the stalls. At 8pm the marketplace will close and the formal assembly business will start, no votes can be submitted after this time.
