Play, Stay, chat and Relax at Mothers inc.

We will be doing this once a month in small groups.

The date for the May session: Tuesday 20th May 2014
The session is from: 9:30am until 11am

Come along with your little ones and meet new people and also have a moment to yourself to relax. A bit of me time is very important, but sometimes hard to get with the demands from the little people.

Play, stay and relax includes:-

Tea/coffee/herbal drinks
A pastry
Socialising with other mums
Talks about a range of topics with Natalie Doula, from Birth Baby Bliss
You then get to slip away for 20 minutes and choose from a choice of a neck, back and shoulder massage or a holistic facial.
