We've got two great screenings coming up at the Golden Lion in the last week of October:

Tuesday 29 October, 7.00. Black History Month special: Do The Right Thing and Pass the Comb + Q&A
Come along to hear from Spike Lee's official biographer and watch one of the director's best and most provocative film. We're delighted that filmmakers Abi Lawal and Duval Akonor will join us to introduce their short Pass the Comb and kick off the evening.

Thursday 31 October, 7.30. Halloween Screen: You choose the film!
We're getting very excited about Halloween and will be decking out the Golden Lion in suitable spooky decorations, giving cinematic prizes to the best costume (although dressing up is not compulsory!) and generally ramping up the fear factor. But everybody has their favourite scary movie, so we're asking you to vote for your favourite.
