You miss the point. It is not their money. It is a kind gift given by the tax payers and international bankers who lend us the money. It should be for essentials only. If they can afford a betting shop the payment should be reduced.

If someone gives you some money, kindly or otherwise, it becomes yours.

I did not receive the gift but thanks anyway.

If it is a right then God help us as a country. I suppose that is all down to our penultimate Scot's PM .

Where do they think the money comes from. We know from investors which has to be paid back.

Many people in Deptford just like Sydenham go to work and earn their keep.
Many people in Deptford and Sydenham (alike) cannot get a job these days.

How they choose to spend their cash (working or not) is up to themselves, be
that in a betting shop or down the pub, it's none of our business.

Also Betting shops nothing to do with any Scots PM either! :? :?

Eagle, I'm sure that you drop these naughty little bombshells as a wind up!

Not sure I should watch it , will depress me. Also clashes with Uni Challenge.

But do not worry it's all the fault of bankers. I expect they are even to blame for the horrific murder in New Addington

Yes it is possible , hopefully compulsory , to critisise all 3.

The problem being some on this site blame everything on bankers , including bad weather etc

Reading through this thread I find myself quite sympathetic to eagle's position. *calls doctor to get head tested*
