Are Kent House Road Improvements now complete?

Does anyone know if Rineys will be back to finish the work they started? It seems to me that the Kent House Road end of the works still has refinements to be made. The new tree plantings have not been finished to the spec of the high street, just sand added to the top soil rather then the hard pebble finish. There is tarmac patching up unfinished points around the traffic lights, junction boxes etc. Its all looking a little untidy.

I'm hoping that the the interruption of work maybe to do with the old junction boxes that maybe need removing (please) , but I was wondering if anyone had any insight?
