Events for children at the Library

Just to let you all know:

Saturday February 8th 10.30-11.30am Mermaid Workshop
For children aged 9 upwards. Join Julie Day, local resident and author of The Quest, for a story, writing and craft workshop based on her book about a mermaid

Saturday February 15th 12- 4pm Craft Fair
We will be holding a craft and bric a brac fair with reasonably priced items. Refreshments will be available and also badge making, a raffle and face painting

Thursday February 20th 2.30-3.30pm Brenda’s Bottom
For children aged 5-10 years. Join Clare Stanhope for a story session from her book Brenda’s bottom and her birds in London. This will be followed by a craft session

Saturday April 12th 11am – 4pm Easter Bunny event
Our Easter Bunny event will involve an Easter Egg Hunt, mask making, music and face painting. Refreshments will also be available

Hope some or all of these will be of interest to parents and children!
