Mr S and I did go yesterday and yes, it was expensive (£13 inc tip) - we had a sandwich and a cappachino each - a huge bowl of frothy coffee, well worth £2. The staff were very friendly and approachable and the place was packed. I'm very pleased that we have such a venue, and although we won't use it daily, we will deffinately go there when we have friends to visit or when we feel like a splurge, if its just a coffee we want then that will be where we'll go from now on.

I can only see it getting better (once the oven is sorted) and more popular - I'd say be prepared to queue on weekend mornings.

Do you know when they opened that branch (Gypsy Hill) and if it is doing well?

Hi - I'm closing this thread as it has become a duplicate of the Town Hall thread. So if you could keep osting your comments there folks!

As I'm back in town I shall be sampling the delights of BM. Tuesday night. I'll start yet another thread on that shortly.
