Want to know more about introducing solids to your baby?

The NCT run Introducing Solids Workshops.
The Workshops run every few weeks and are best to sign up for when your baby is about 4-5 months old.

As the 2 hour workshops are so popular more dates are going onto the NCT course finder system all the time.
Only 8 parents/carers attend each session so there is time to get to know each other as well as explore the whole topic of solids.

You can attend with or without your baby, and you don't need to be a member of the NCT in order to come to the workshops.

A chance to meet others with babies around the same age (4-6 months).

Workshop covers: when to start, signs of readiness, suitable first foods, what to look out for, different approaches to introducing solids, where to go for support, factsheets, booklet, books and other information also available and more.
