Can I add this site whereby you choose a bus stop and or bus route and find out when the next bus is due, refreshing as required. I have set it to the bus stop outside Abbey National on Sydenham Road: http://countdown.tfl.gov.uk/#|searchTer ... Code=47300

I've found it reliable over the last month or so since I came across it. It's the same as when you get to a bus stop that tells you when the next is due, except that with internet connectivity you can find out in advance when you need to be at the bus stop to catch the bus you want.
