Does anyone know how to track down the owner of a property?

My flat backs onto another block and I have really noisy students living in the flat across from me. I've tried to reason with them but to no avail. I want to track down their landlord to complain directly. Any tips would be appreciated.

You can do a search on http://www.landregisteronline.gov.uk/ It costs £3 and they will tell you the name and address of the property owner.
