A snow update for Sydenham would be much appreciated please - I am in town and keep checking the trains and they seem to be still running, but an insider update would be great as the train websites are never that reliable...

Plenty of snow but main roads are clear. Don't know about the trains. Your best source for reliable updates is Twitter. Follow @TfLTravelAlerts, @BBCTravelAlert and @ldnoverground. According to the London Overground Twitter feed there are severe delays on all routes.

The main roads are relatively clear, if you have to end up taking the bus.
