London-melbourne house swap summer 2013 anyone?

My best friend lives in Australia, in a lovely two-bedroomed house in a very nice part of Melbourne, with her husband and two young children. They are coming to London for the summer, 2013, and would love to do a house swap. I'd love them to be in sydenham so thought I'd post here just incase anybody fancied it, or will need a house sitter. Pm me if you want more details.
