Bus Journey Time to Central London

Could someone tell me how long it takes to get to central London by bus from Sydenham.

What route does the 176 take through Sydenham - how long does it take to get to Waterloo?

The 176 comes from penge, down Lawrie park road, kirkdale then onto Forest Hill, Dulwich etc.

I think it takes about 45 minutes to waterloo, but could be more in rush hour
