I'm looking for my grandparents who lived in Sydenham...
here's some info:
John Edward Fisher was born on August 1922.
His birth certificate says: in District of Teurisham (?? - not clear) sub-district of Sydenham.
It has been witnessed by W.H. Maggs, Registrar of Birthds..

I am flying to London end of June 2007 and would like to visit their home,
the house they lived in...

Can anyone tell me, how to proceed, to find out this information ?

That would be Lewisham!

Does the birth certificate have an address? Have you found the parent's marriage before the birth? Perhaps your great grand parents also came from Sydenham?
