Try Crystal Palace or the one at Bellingham - they both have Gym clubs for kids.
Tumble Tots are a chain that do something similar I think...google them?

I saw a leaflet of activities a few weeks ago from Beckenham Spa and I think they did gymnastics or similar for age 3+

The Beckenham Spa ones I took my daughter to were not very good. Lots of children, lots of waiting around...Crystal Palace was far superior - for all its faults that centre has excellent teachers...
