I've wished for this in a few posts. While squashed on the Northern Line I often dream of opening my own cafe in the lodge house. Aimed at mums with toddlers, perhaps with a playgroup attached, it could be quite a big cafe.
It's a great thought! I'd come and use it for sure... especially in the summer months. You only have to venture into the caf in Dulwich Park to see the potential. Mind you they have rather a lot of cash round those parts, they even have posh ducks in the ponds... by that I mean more variety!
While we're on the subject of Mayow Park, the Friends of Mayow Park are having a bird walk in the park tomorrow morning from 7-9.30. We went on a similar walk a couple of years ago and it was fabulous - a chance to spot all those parakeets in the trees!
