How to prove I am 15?

I am 16.

My passport is somewhere in my house and I cannot find it.
For some reason Oyster cards (11 - 15 which expire in september i.e. when I start 6th form) are not accepted.
Apparently DOB certificates are not accepted anymore.

I have a national insurance number, but it has no photo.
What have I got to do just to buy a DVD from Sainsbury's?
