Hi. Hope I'm putting this in the right place. Planning on buying a flat in Sydenham in the next few weeks and need some advice as to local tradesmen who would be able to gut existing kitchen/bathroom, knock down a non-supporting wall, demolish fireplace and fill in wall, install new kitchen/bathroom, etc. Someone who could cover such things as decoration or floor replacement would be a bonus. Ideally I guess I'm looking for a team to cover the whole process of renovation (although to cut costs I could wield a paintbrush), but individual names would be helpful as well. And my budget is not huge...
