Whats going here? A load of police no parking cones appeared today but there's been no letter, leaflet or anything from the council....

Hello Willy, yes no notice, and to be told that if your car is not parked elsewhere then it will be removed. Well it turns out that Bromley council had been asked to clear and inspect all the drains and manholes in Maitland road and to eliminate them from any concealment of Knives, etc with respect to the murder of the young student in Newlands Park.
