Samuel Guidera murder - arrest made

Post by maestro »

A 39 year old man has been arrested in Penge at 7am this morning, let's hope the police have made a breakthrough, got the person responsible and that he's removed from our society for a considerable period of time.

This young man who lost his life apparently lived locally and worked at the Sainsbury's Savacentre at Bell Green.

Well let's hope they've got the right man and that justice is done.

They have made another arrest according to NewsShopper
"Police particularly want to hear from people who got off the train at the same time as Samuel.

"Were you on the 21:25hrs Victoria to Orpington train?

“The train arrived at Penge East station at 21:41hrs when Samuel Guidera got off the train.

“Did you get off the train at the same time? You may hold crucial information for this investigation.

"Samuel was carrying a distinctive pink T-mobile carrier bag which someone may remember."

Mr Guidera lived in Avenue Road, Beckenham, with his parents and sister, and worked part time at the Sainsbury’s in Bell Green, Sydenham.

Maybe, but today's - or rather yesterday's now - News Shopper is reporting that both men have been bailed, so we shouldn't get complacent: http://www.newsshopper.co.uk/news/88659 ... surrender/

If both bailed I assume not guilty as even our soft legal system would not give murderers bail , or would they.
