Local painter/decorator

Hello,
Am looking for recommendations for painter/decorators to carry out two jobs in our home:
1) Paint the front of house
2) A small sand and paint job on some window frames inside the house

If you have used someone for similar work and are pleased with the results, please let me know.

I can recommend Glen Law. He Painted the fronts of at least three houses at the far end of Knighton Park Road Last year and all the house owners were very happy with his work.
He also lives in Sydenham.
