Blitz Spirit!
Re: Blitz Spirit!
Alex:
I'm really looking forward to the show this evening - but 'cupcakes'? During the Blitz, the Americans were still dithering, with an ambassador who reporting back that 'Democracy is finished in England' - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_P._ ... to_Britain.
Or are you embarrassed to give them their British English name of fairy cakes? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cupcake
