Spotted: this new London Overground train leaving Brockley for Sydenham and all points south at 12:14 today. Not the first? Because I saw one leaving Forest Hill southbound 4 minutes earlier.

Anybody else spotted any earlier trial runs across our tracks?



Services from north of the river terminating at New Cross Gate are expected to start April and continue on to Crystal Palace and West Croydon via Sydenham on May 23rd.

I'm pretty sure I saw one heading south the previous Monday (1 March) in the evening. I only spotted it from a distance through the doorway of Norwood Junction station, but it definitely had orange doors!

Unlike admin I have no photo evidence, so you'll have to take my word for it.
