Big apologies but I am going to have to pull out of Wednesday night's match.

I picked up an injury in my game on Sunday and it is still painful so I don't want to risk it if you have enough players.

I knew I was pushing my luck confirming on Friday rather than the usual Tuesday!

That should still leave you with an even 12 so 6 a-side or as I know some of you are getting on a bit (like me) 5 a-side with rolling subs!
