Does anyone knows of any antenatal exercise classes in or around sydenham please?

I believe a class is held at Trinity Church Leonard Rd.

Hi Thank you for your reply! Could you tell me whereabouts Trinity church or Leonard Road is - I have looked on streetmap but it doesn't find this road?!

Sorry its spelt, Lennard road its just down from Penge east station

Hi Dotkin,

I've been going to a pregnancy yoga class in Honor Oak Park, and find it very good. The class is on a Thursday evening from 8.15-9.45pm. You'd just need to get in touch with the teacher, Kamal, to check she has space for you.
